Cosmetic and Medical Tattooing STUDIO POLICIES: We are not responsible for failure to read policies or pre care prior to booking. We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather and emergencies with contact. This policy is in place under ANY circumstance. No children or other guests are permitted in the room. If you have previous cosmetic tattooing you MUST contact me with photos of your previous work for approval. Should booking occur without contacting me prior this will result in forfeiting your retainer fee. PLEASE contact me before booking. Please be on time. We will start with paperwork so bring your DL or valid ID. Be sure to read ALL of your confirmation email for pre care instructions as we will go over your after care once our appointment is completed (pre/post care is located below). You will receive an after care package with instructions as well. After your appointment is completed we will schedule your 6-10 week touch up together where you will receive a confirmation email as well. You must be 18 years or older to obtain our services. You can NOT be pregnant. After the service is completed, there are no refunds permitted. Please note that rescheduling your appointment can result in wait times up to 8 weeks depending on how far out my books are filled up at the time of requesting a new appointment date and possible loss of retainer fee if not rescheduled within 48 hours reaching no more than 60 days past original appointment date. NO SHOW POLICY: Clients who no call no show will forfeit their retainer fee and will not be welcome to obtain any future services as well as being charged 50% or the remaining cost of service. RETAINER FEE POLICY: Retainer fees are NON REFUNDABLE. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a 72 hour notice is required. If you give less than a 72 hour notice for a reschedule you will be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee that must be paid within 48 hours in order to transfer your date. You may transfer your retainer fee over ONE time WITH a 72 hour notice. You have 48 hours to find a date within 30 days of your previous appointment. If a second reschedule is requested then the initial retainer fee will be void and a second retainer fee will need to be submitted by rebooking through the website. LATE POLICY: There is a 15 minute late window allowed. Being more than 15 minutes late will result in the forfeit of your retainer fee and cancellation of your appointment. A new retainer fee will be required to book a new appointment and you will be placed at the next available opening that could result in wait times up to 6 weeks. Complimentary retouch clients who are 15 minutes late will be subject to a $100 touch up fee, the loss of the appointment and placed at the next available touch up spot. This policy is in place under any circumstance. Retouches are only 30 minutes per guest unless scheduled otherwise. TOUCH UP POLICY: Complimentary 6-10 week retouch is only complimentary up to the 10 week mark. If you need to reschedule the retouch appointment I MUST be given a 72 hour notice. If you go passed the 72 hour cut off time you are subject to $100 retouch fee and placed at the next available time slot that could result in wait times up to 6 weeks. If the retouch appointment requested falls after the 10 week mark, you are subject to a $100 retouch fee. Please plan accordingly. Retainer fees are unable to be combined if booking more than 1 service. If you go past 6 months it will be a COLOR BOOST fee of $425. If you choose to wait 9-12 months it will be full price again being you will need more than one session. FINAL BALANCE AND REFUND POLICY: Remainder of balance will be made on the day of your appointment. Your retainer fee goes towards the overall cost and you will find the remainder due in your confirmation email. Payment options are Cash, Zelle, or Card. If paying by card, you will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Final payment is NON REFUNDABLE after service is complete. RESULTS POLICY: Please note that final results CAN NOT be guaranteed as everyone retains and breaks down pigment differently. A perfection session is CRUCIAL at 6-10 weeks where we can assess your pigment retention and make any changes necessary. Those with lighter hair, corrective work, sparse eyebrows or oily/porous skin may require additional follow ups to reach their desired result at an additional $150 charge. PRE CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please refrain from facials, chemical peels, retinol/retin-A, tinting, waxing, fish oil, vitamin E supplements, Botox and sun exposure for 2 weeks. These cause changes to your skin, pigment and healed results. Absolutely NO alcohol or pain relievers 24 hours prior. No caffeine, working out, multivitamins, iron supplements, or blood thinning medications the morning of your appointment. These cause thinning of the blood which can result in diluting the pigment and causing the topical anesthetic to not work, as well as causing healed results to not be up to our standard. You must not be prescribed to antibiotics for cosmetic services as this will cause your pigment retention to be extremely fair and can result in additional touch up sessions with a fee. Failure to follow pre care instructions will cause poor healed results. After your appointment it is ok to start those again. Do not wax or thread or tint the brows less than 1 week prior to your appointment. Please discontinue brow hair growth serums as well. LIPS: be sure to exfoliate with a sugar/coffee scrub the night before your appointment and drink lots of water for lips to be flake free and hydrated. No lip flips or lip injections 4 weeks prior to lip blushing tattoo. If you get cold sores please get Valtrex from your doctor and start 72 hours prior. NO CAFFEINE OR BLOOD THINNING MEDICATIONS. PLEASE bring your desired lip shade being in lipstick/lip tint form so I am able to see your daily wear and desired result. LASH ENHANCEMENT/CLASSIC LINER: Absolutely NO lash extensions, lash serums, make up or contacts during your procedure. No lash serum use indefinitely due to changing the pigment used blue. No lash lifts/tints 7 days before or less than 4 weeks after tattoo. POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS: You will not be able to swim, be in the sun, use a sauna or get a facial for 4 weeks after your initial session so please plan accordingly. No sweating for 7 days or until the flaking phase is complete. Gently wash your brows/lips twice a day morning and night and apply healing salve as discussed. A little goes a long way with the healing salve so please use sparingly. DO NOT USE RETINOIDS IN THE TREATED AREA AT ALL. All products migrate under the skin but retinol WILL cause your pigment to prematurely fade in color. Retinoid will be fine if used in untreated areas. Always put an SPF on your brows/lips when in the sun. This will help your brows/lips last longer. UVA/UVB lighting exposure will change your pigment if not properly taken care of.Business Hours

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling your appointment will forfeit your retainer fee. Should you cancel last minute, I will charge 50% of the remaining balance due. These policies are in place to respect my time and my business. These are non negotiable.
RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Should you need to reschedule, I require a 72 hour notice. A reschedule fee of $75 will occur should you need to reschedule with less than a 72 hour notice. You have 48 hours to reschedule your appointment with not exceeding 60 days of the original date or the retainer fee will be forfeit.
NO SHOW POLICY:
